As a reasonable price alternative we provide you also a maintenance contract without emergency visits and spare parts. This contract contains phone support as well as online support with the TeamViewer Software. Basic requirement for this service is a DSL respectively a DSL similar internet connection for the StencilMaster.
The remote connection can be switched on permanently or as required it can be unblocked from the customer.
We herewith state you some basic points of the contract:
- Phone support
- Remote maintenance of the StencilMaster
- In one or two shifts
- Period of validy: 12 month
In case the problem should not be solved by phone or by remote maintenance the Service4CtS GmbH can send a technician in accordance with the customer. The costs for the technician and the spare parts are not included in this component of the maintenance contract and have to be paid by the customer.
